Who Is This Test For?

This home sleep test is intended for adults 18 years and older who may have symptoms or concerns related to sleep apnea.

A home sleep test may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions, including heart failure, COPD, or neuromuscular disorders. If you have one of these or a similar condition, a lab-based sleep study at a sleep disorder centre may be more appropriate.
