Refunds & Returns

Majority of our products are final sales due to the nature of the medical equipment. In the event the medical item is eligible for a return, there is a 6% transaction fee applied to the return.

All service charges are final sales.

CPAP Monitoring & Services

Capital Home Medical Equipment (CHME) reserves the right to refuse any services if a client shows abusive or aggressive behavior. CHME enforces all rentals and interests accumulated accumulated by the client. All products and Services for CPAP therapy and Sleep Testing are non-refundable.

All CPAP monitors are subject to an automatic rental payment after the 4th week of CPAP treatment. If time is needed to accommodate doctor's appointments, rental is charged accordingly.

Prescription Item Online Sales

Prior to processing and delivery of any prescription item, we will need a fully legible prescription from a physician. If there is no valid prescription and the order was submitted, there will be an automatic refund with a 6% return transaction fee​ and the order will not be fulfilled in order to comply with national standards and regulations. 

Oximetry and HSAT

Oximetry on Therapy is subject to a fee for set up, RRT interpretation and a report to the doctor if necessary. an additional charge of $25.00CAD/night is added if the oximetry is not returned.

The HSAT must be returned the following day to avoid late return fees. In the event the test needs to be redone, there will be one complimentary redo session.
