Order Pick-Up Policy

If your order has been marked as "Ready for Pick-Up," we kindly ask that you pick it up within 30 days. If we do not hear from you regarding your intent to pick up the order within that time frame, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to stock.

Please note that if you come in after the 30-day period and the item(s) have been returned to inventory, there may be a delay in fulfilling your order if the item(s) are no longer available.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping rate of $15.50 for orders less than $150.00 CAD

Heavy Item shipping fees may apply for items such as, but not limited to Mobility Scooters Purchases, Hospital Bed Purchases. 

Rental Equipment can only be delivered locally within the Ottawa Valley. Local Rental Equipment such as Lift Chairs, Hospital Beds and Patient Lifts are subject to Delivery, Pick up and Installation fees.
