Amit carries a master's of engineering and comes from years of experience and management of manufacturing companies world wide. Being well-versed in Manufacturer's procedures, and seeing the demand for medical care, he decided to get into the health care field. Capital Home Medical Equipment. was founded in 2014 and has since expanded to several medical divisions and locations.
Amit uses state-of-the-art management and business skills in order to make medical equipment as affordable as possible whilst providing the public with access to honest, competent, highly-skilled professional staff.
Rafael brings over a decade of leadership in Respiratory Therapy with a specialty focus on Standards of Practice, Polysomnography, Home Sleep Apnea Testing, Diagnostics & Treatment, Asthma & COPD management, Pulmonary Functions, Oxygen Therapy and most importantly patient education. Rafael effectively uses modern, down-to-earth, high caliber education, assessments & teaching methods ensuring the best possible outcomes for all patients.
Through his practice and personal experience he has seen the substantial difference of what proper education and understanding of illnesses can do when it comes to compliance on respiratory and sleep apnea treatment. "I believe healthcare is like a puzzle. The pieces are there for great patient care, but it is up to us ( the health care professionals) to define it and assist our patients with the direction of their care. After all we are supposed to be the professionals".
Kerry Lee is an essential part of the Respiratory team that brings knowledge, positive attitude, eagerness to learn and places patient care as the focus of her practice. From CPAP Set up, troubleshooting and insurance handling, she brings unparalleled customer service and CPAP titration and management.
Not only does Kerry specialize in CPAP Therapy but she has the knowledge and experience to assist with mobility, ostomy care and all rehab medical items.
In her spare time she likes to dance, cook and stay active.
Sarah is a Registered Respiratory Therapist who graduated from Canadore College in 2011 and also holds a Honors Bachelor of Science degree from Laurentian University. She has over 10 years of healthcare experience working in both hospital and homecare settings. Her main focuses include home oxygen services and sleep diagnostics, focusing in complex respiratory care, palliative care, smoking cessation and COPD education. Sarah is an advocate for 5 key elements of patient centric healthcare.

Mon rôle consiste à me servir de ma riche expérience médicale pour évaluer les patients afin de mieux cerner leurs besoins réels et y apporter les solutions les plus appropriées. Je suis plus actif dans l'apnée du sommeil, l'asthme, les BPCO en aidant les patients à mieux utiliser leurs appareils CPAP/APAP et en leur prodiguant des conseils utiles pour la meilleure qualité de vie possible selon leur situation.

Hello my name is Jean Belme, I'm a Licensed Service Technician with an advanced diploma from Algonquin College from the Electrical Technician Program. I have been the Rehab representative here at Capital Home Medical Equipment for the past 4 years and love what I do. I handle everything from servicing a variety of different medical mobility equipment to consultations for post rehab surgery. Outside of work I love to play basketball and stay active.
