Health Technician at Work

SERVICE AND DELIVERY TECH

You will be responsible for ensuring quality customer service in both person and virtually as well as working in a multidisciplinary team performing tasks around the store. This position may involve some medical equipment delivery.

We are looking to hire a full-time E commerce associate and customer service representative for our e commerce division . This person will work with product specialist and management within areas of the business including but not exclusive to accounting, purchasing, and e-commerce listings.

They will be responsible for aiding to growing business in the knowledge areas of mobility products, wheelchairs and rollators , hospital beds , aids for dally living  and bathroom safety . They will help with customer interactions and setting expectations; inventory management and price setting; shipment and delivery coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail sales and customer service experience within a Rehab field

  • Medical knowledge (ie, kinesiology, physical therapy assistant, OTA/PTA , nurse or PSW)

  • Demeanor suitable for working with seniors and people with special needs

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Team player with the ability to be independently accountable

  • E-commerce experience not necessary but considered an asset.

Capital Home Medical Equipment is looking to hire a full time Warehouse and Junior Service Technician for our Retail and Ecommerce division. The successful candidate will work alongside our current technician to build, fix and care for medical equipment such as manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, walkers and mechanical hospital beds. Would be responsible for receiving and shipping of Merchandise They will also be charged with maintaining our workshop and store front as well as share in responsibilities of inventory management and customer service.

Key Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to lift 60 lbs, regularly

  • Demeanor suitable for working with seniors and people with special needs

  • Team player with the ability to work independently

  • Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is an asset
